NCREIF Townsend Group Fund Indices Preliminary Release!
NCREIF and The Townsend Group have been working together to produce fund level indices, and the inaugural report for 4q07 has just been released. The data contained in the report is preliminary and subject to change as we increase manager participation and receive feedback from end users. Click here to download the report.
Nominations to the Real Estate Information Standards (REIS) Council are Being Accepted through July 31, 2008
The REIS Board recognizes that new challenges and opportunities exist to expand the Real Estate Information Standards in order to make them an independently verifiable set of interdisciplinary standards for our industry. Group, individual and self nominations of qualified candidates will be accepted. Nomination forms and other information can be found on the REIS tab.
