Conferences and Education

NCREIF holds two membership conferences each year, and the conference locations rotate to different cities within the continental United States.

In addition to conferences, NCREIF holds a variety of educational programs and technical standing committee meetings throughout the year. The newly established NCREIF Academy is a program that consists of several educational modules that focus on several disciplines within the real estate investment community such as accounting, performance measurement, portfolio management, research, and valuation. Various modules are chosen to be held in conjunction with NCREIF conferences, or on their own at different times of the year and in different locations. New modules are continually under development.

NCREIF will periodically host training sessions on uses of the NCREIF data or data tools that are available to members via the web.

Upcoming Events

NCREIF currently holds 2 conferences per year. In order to maximize attendance and minimize time and direct costs to both the organization and the membership firms, the NCREIF Board of Directors has established a policy regarding conference location selections.
