NCREIF has seven primary standing committees that focus on specific disciplines
within the real estate investment industry. They are:
NCREIF members meet three times per year at NCREIF conferences and participate at those conferences through attendance at the standing committee meetings.
Although the Standing Committees are formalized, any member may participate in any or all committees that interest them.
Participation in committee sessions are valuable for educational purposes, as well as having a voice in the industry through the annual changes to the Real Estate Information Standards (REIS), which is done through NCREIF's committee system.
